湯麵 Noodles Soup

先將乾麵連一碗半至兩飯碗水(室溫水)同時加入鍋中煲滾。
Put a piece of dried noodles into 1.5 – 2 bowls of room temperature water and boil.

水滾後熄火,蓋上煲蓋焗一至兩分鐘,然後開蓋用筷 子攪散麵餅。麵內含有之鮮味隨即混入沸水成上湯。
Turn off the stove after boiled, cover the pot and let the noodles set in for one to two mins. Then, use chopsticks to stir noodles throughly until loosen, the essence of noodles will turn the water into tasty broth.
